Why it works

Why warm up your Zoho inbox?

Zoho-hosted senders need reputation with the providers your prospects actually use — Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo. Warmup builds that reputation through real conversations, so your campaigns land in the inbox regardless of which mailbox they're sent from.

New Zoho senders look untrusted

Mailbox providers don't have engagement history for fresh Zoho domains. Cold outbound gets filtered until you build that history.

Warmup builds cross-provider trust

Real inboxes engage with your Zoho-sent warmup messages. Reputation builds on Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo so your campaigns reach the inbox.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I get my Zoho SMTP credentials?

Log into Zoho Mail. Go to Settings → Mail Accounts → IMAP/SMTP. Enable IMAP/SMTP access and generate an app-specific password. Paste that into Warmup Inbox along with your Zoho username.

Does this work with Zoho One and Zoho Workplace?

Yes — all paid Zoho Mail plans support SMTP/IMAP, including Zoho One, Zoho Workplace, and standalone Zoho Mail subscriptions. Free Zoho accounts may have SMTP restrictions; check your plan.

Will warmup affect my Zoho daily send limit?

Warmup messages count against your Zoho mailbox's daily send limit. Most plans allow 200–300 sends/day; a Warmup Inbox Pro plan sends ~250 warmup messages/day. Plan accordingly if you also run cold campaigns.

Do I need to configure Zoho's DNS records?

Your Zoho domain should already have proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Warmup Inbox doesn't change those. If you're missing any, run a placement test first to find the gap.

How long until I see results?

Most teams see deliverability lift within 14–21 days. Brand-new Zoho domains take 30–45 days for full warmup maturity.
