Anti-Spam Policy

Effective date: 8 October 2026

This policy applies to everyone who uses or promotes Warmup Inbox (warmupinbox.com), a service of CyberPanda s. r. o.: customers, their users, affiliates, partners, resellers, contractors and our own staff. It is part of our Terms of Service and our Affiliate Agreement.

1. No unsolicited advertising of Warmup Inbox

Nobody may advertise or promote Warmup Inbox (warmupinbox.com) through unsolicited messages. This covers unsolicited email of any kind, SMS, bulk instant messages, bulk social media messages, comment spam and forum spam. It applies to us, our affiliates, our partners and any third party acting for any of them. It does not matter whether the message names warmupinbox.com, links to it directly, or reaches it through a redirect, an affiliate link or a tracking link. An individual message written by a named person to one named person on a professional network is not a bulk message under this policy. Unsolicited email that advertises or promotes Warmup Inbox is never allowed.

2. Rules for customers

Customers may connect only mailboxes and domains they own or are authorized to use. Mail sent through any part of the service, including our sequence tool, must:

• comply with all applicable laws, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, the EU GDPR and ePrivacy rules, and Canada's CASL;
• be sent only to recipients the customer has a lawful basis to contact;
• not be sent to addresses obtained through address-harvesting software or dictionary attacks;
• identify the sender truthfully, with honest headers and subject lines;
• offer a working way to opt out, and every opt-out request must be honored within 10 business days;
• not be sent to addresses known to be spam traps, and not be used to probe, harvest or validate addresses.

Customers may not use the warmup network to hide or improve the reputation of mail that breaks these rules.

3. Rules for affiliates and partners

Affiliates and partners may promote Warmup Inbox only through their own content, their own websites, opt-in newsletters, and contacts who agreed to hear from them. Any affiliate who sends or arranges unsolicited messages that promote Warmup Inbox loses the affiliate account and all unpaid commissions, and may be reported to the relevant providers.

4. Our own email

We do not promote Warmup Inbox through unsolicited email, and we do not allow anyone to do it for us. We email only people who created an account with us or contacted us. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. We do not buy, rent or scrape email lists. Our sales team may contact individual businesses one-to-one on professional networks. It does not send cold email about Warmup Inbox.

5. Enforcement

If we find or receive a credible report that this policy was broken, we may, at our discretion and without refund, warn the account, pause or remove the mailboxes involved, suspend or close the account, end the affiliate relationship, and cooperate with mailbox providers, blocklist operators and authorities.

6. Reporting abuse

To report spam that mentions Warmup Inbox or was sent through our service, email support@warmupinbox.com with the full message, including headers. We review every report.
